The FASD Conference

Last week was absolutly exhausting. Between trying to pack for the trip and all three kids being beastly, it was just exhausting but we made it to Madison on Thursday night/Friday morning around midnight. The conference was all day Friday and half of the day today. I learned so much and met some really interesting people. I am really glad that I decided to come. Aiden stayed home with a sitter since I figured he wouldn't have any fun, he is just too young. The older two are having a blast and have been pretty good about all the changes lately. Today was a little bit of a challenge with Alex but he is swimming now so all is good with the world again. We visited the zoo here today and kids loved looking at all of the animals. Tomorrow we plan on taking a tour of the state building and visiting the Children's museum. We are going to head home tomorrow after the museum. I can't wait to get home. As much as I needed a vacation, it will be great to be back in the comfort of my own home.
